If your account is hosted at CRMG and you get an unable to connect message, please follow the steps listed below.
This article will walk you through configuring your ODBC connection.
1) Click on Start > Control Panel. Double-click on Administrative Tools.
2) Double-click on Data Sources (ODBC)
3) Select "CMPro" from the list and then click on "Configure...".
4) Enter the following IP Address for server: 208.77.151.3. Click Next.
4) Click on Client Configuration
5) Un-check the box for "Dynamically determine port" and enter 129 for the port number and then click OK.
6) Click Cancel, and then Cancel again and then close Control Panel.
7) Now click OK on the Configure CMPro screen.
If this does not resolve the issue or if you are still unable to connect to the CRMG server, please create a ticket with a critical status and one of our support technicians will contact you within two hours.
