If you're getting an "Authentication Error" from CMPro please do the following. This article can also be used to terminate multiple sessions of CMPro and Outlook.

In order to fix the error, follow the steps below.

1) Goto Windows Task Manager (hold Ctrl+Del+Alt).

2) Under process tab check for multiple instances/occurances of "CMProPlus.exe" and "Outlook.exe"

3) Right click on CMProPlus.exe and Outlook.exe choose "End Process Tree".

4) It will give you a warning, but please go ahead and click yes.

Once you have done this exercise with all instance of CMPro and Outlook, you can restart CMPro and continue working!
