| Within any given folder, users need to be able to add fields (columns), delete fields (columns), and set the default size of those fields (columns). For instance, currently the RECEIVED field in the Inbox folder is not large enough to show the entire date and time. Thus the user must resize it each time he opens that folder, which is a real pain. Users need to be able to set up the view and save it as the default. |

Customize this View:
The feature 'Customize this View' allows you to add fields(columns) or delete(columns) form all Folders in CMPro, including My Call List, My Action Items, My Email Alerts, My Opportunities and all other Contact Folders. When in the folder right-click and select option 'Customize this View', then select fields from 'Available Columns' to 'Selected Columns' to add columns or remove fields from Selected Columns to remove fields from the view.
Re-sizing of Columns:
Now you can re-size columns in 'Inbox' or any other Folder and keep it that way. Download minor update 0.48 and above to get this feature set. |
