 | Create Labels Using Mail Merge |  |

Create Mail Merged Labels:
- Go to New > Mail Merge in CMPro.
- The Mail Merge Wizard will open. Click "Next" to continue.
- Select Contacts from a particular folder and click "Next".
- Select the option "Create New Word Document"
- A new blank Microsoft Word Document will appear. Click on Mail Set Up Document as shown below.
- From the pop-up box select the option “labels”
- Select label type.
- Click on insert field.
- Insert Merge Field.
(Note: If you want to insert the work address please select the fields “Work Address, Work City, Work Zip Code, etc….). The fields Address, City and State Or Province are for contact’s home addresses.
- Once all the database fields click on “Propagate Labels”
- When done click “Merge to New Document”
- The new word document will be created with the labels. After reviewing the labels you could print them by clicking on File -> Print. |
